Placement of our dogs
We kindly ask you to respect our wish not to breed with our dogs.
We attach great importance to carefully safeguarding our bloodlines and the vision we uphold as a kennel.
If you have the intention to breed, we politely ask you to look for a puppy elsewhere.
This way, expectations remain clear and correct on both sides.

Waiting list
We do not work with a waiting list for adoption.
Instead, we invite interested parties to schedule an intake conversation.
This allows us to calmly discuss your wishes, expectations and whether these align with our way of working.
We believe in personal contact and conscious choices.
We are not a shop, but work from involvement, responsibility and respect for our dogs.

Our dogs and puppies grow up in a home environment and receive care, guidance and attention 24/7.
We work intensively with our dogs on a daily basis and invest significant time, knowledge and resources to ensure healthy, stable and well-socialised puppies.
Our adoption fees reflect this commitment and are proportional to the care, selection and guidance we provide.

Character & expectations
The character of our dogs is always our top priority.
Parent dogs are selected for stability, social behaviour and balance.
Our dogs are not nervous nor extremely high-drive working types.
Some puppies may be suitable for activities such as agility or obedience, but we do not provide guarantees at a competitive level.
Even when a puppy is intended as a therapy dog, no guarantees can be given.
Each individual develops at their own pace and within their own capabilities — guidance and training play an important role in this.
We are happy to think along with you and always discuss honestly what is realistic and what is not.

Availability & adoption procedure
It may occur that puppies are available for adoption without a waiting list.
For current availability, you may contact us by phone or check the website under the Puppies tab. We strive to keep this information as up to date as possible.

Reservation & agreement
Payment of the reservation fee counts as a valid intention to adopt.
The final adoption agreement is signed at the moment the puppy leaves the nest.
This agreement is linked to the puppy’s microchip and passport and also includes the guarantee certificate.

Upon departure, you will receive:
-
a puppy booklet with information on upbringing, exercise and training
-
practical tips for the first period
-
general information about the breed and what to expect
-

After full payment, adopters may receive upon request by email:
-
the health results of the parent dogs
-
the pedigrees of the parents
-

We remain involved with our puppies even after departure and are always available for advice and guidance.
Cancellation
The breeder reserves the right to cancel the adoption of a puppy at any time.
In that case, the paid reservation fee will be fully refunded to the adopter.
In the event of cancellation by the adopter, the following conditions apply:

-
Cancellation after 8 weeks of age results in forfeiture of the reservation fee in favour of the breeder.
-
Cancellation before 8 weeks of age, for any reason, will result in a charge of € 500 as administrative and cancellation costs.
-

Payment
The remaining adoption amount must be paid by bank transfer before the age of 8 weeks.
If the full amount has not been received on the day of collection, the puppy cannot be released.
