Our Vision

We breed and guide with respect for the breed and for the dog as an individual.
This means that we do not select based on tail length or coat colour, and that these characteristics play no role in our breeding decisions or in the guidance we provide.

We consciously choose health, stability and functionality over aesthetics.
At the same time, we feel it is important to be clear about the following:

We do not assign puppies to people based on character alone.

Every interested family is welcome to discuss their wishes, lifestyle and expectations.
We value this open dialogue.

We believe that a true match is created through honest conversation, mutual trust and an open mindset — not through one-sided allocation.

What we do ask, is a willingness to look beyond the first impression.
An open mind, without holding on to a single detail as a decisive criterion.

When choosing a puppy, we notice that attention is sometimes strongly drawn to external features such as tail length or colour.
That is human — we live in a world where appearance plays a major role and where we are used to making quick selections based on what looks appealing or “complete”.

Still, we would like to pause there for a moment.

A dog is not the sum of separate parts.
A tail — long, short or absent — says nothing about health, character, drive or the ability to become a stable and happy dog.
Colour does not determine value either.

What truly matters lies within:

– a balanced nervous system, social stability, resilience, and a secure foundation to develop.

Sometimes we notice that a strong focus on one external detail actually masks something else: insecurity, expectations from the outside world, or the feeling of having to justify why a dog looks “different”.

This is not a reproach, but it is something worth looking at honestly.
Projection happens more easily than we often realise.

For puppies who do not quite fit the desired picture — a different colour, a short tail — this often means they are overlooked more quickly, even though they hold exactly the same potential.

We find that regrettable.

Not because everyone should have the same preferences, but because some puppies are dismissed in advance based on something that has no influence on who they truly are.

Those who are looking for a puppy with us are invited to look beyond the first image.
Not from guilt, but from awareness.

Sometimes the most beautiful match is found exactly where you did not expect it at first.
